TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Socuria. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Socuria. Our full contact and company details are set out in our Contact Information policy.

2. These terms
By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

4. Our products
Socuria is a complementary pet food for dogs and cats. It is not a veterinary medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; packaging and label design may change without notice. Ingredients and feeding instructions on the product label always take precedence over anything written on this website.

5. Using our products
Always follow the feeding instructions on the label. Socuria supports a daily routine between veterinary check-ups; it does not replace them.

If your dog or cat has bleeding gums, a loose or broken tooth, a sudden change in breath, has stopped eating, or is unwell in any way, contact your vet. If your pet is pregnant, nursing, or receiving veterinary treatment, speak to your vet before introducing any supplement.

6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at the point of purchase.

7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order.

We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we identify a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we decline your order we will refund you in full.

8. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return, and our bowl guarantee, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, a photograph or a video, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and you give us permission to publish it on our website and in our marketing. We may edit for length or remove content that is unlawful or misleading. We do not pay for reviews and we do not publish reviews we know to be false.

11. Our content
The text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

12. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
