SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery time
Orders arrive within 7 working days of your order being confirmed. Most arrive sooner.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

When the clock starts
The 7-day window begins once your payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Payments clear within minutes in almost every case. Orders confirmed after 2pm on a Friday start the following Monday.

Delivery cost
Free on all UK orders.

Duties and taxes

There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Delays
Tracked parcels occasionally sit still for a day or two. If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, email us with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after your order was confirmed, contact us. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will refund the order minus the delivery cost, or resend it once postage is covered again.
